This game is good.
I like how it has alot of awesome action. My favorite weapon is the shotgun. I like to yell "crowd control!" as I blast through waves of enemies with it. The shotgun is GREAT!!
The artwork is great, the gun muzzle flashes are beautiful, the blood is great, and the guns themselves look ace. The charachters are well designed. Your drawing style is cool.
The gameplay is decent but I have some annoyances. One annoyance is that when I get shot, I get knocked back WAAY to long. Its irritating having to wait to get back up, and Then a second annoyance is after I knock a gun out of the Enemies hand, I need to wait so long until it stops moving so I can actually grab it. It would be much better if I could get the weapon as soon as the enemy loses grip of it, but at the same time the enemies can't grab it till it drops and stops moving.
When you say "CPU-crushing waves" your damn right. When the waves got more intense I was lagging on LOW quality.
Overall, this game was pretty good. I wish I didn't lag so much. It would be even more fun then. I hope you make another good madness game next year.
