UPDATE 5: We've uploaded a new version of the game that should hopefully resolve any key-rollover issues.
- The numpad keys can now be used to control the player.
- Q or W will drop quantum shadows.
- D or F will perform a tele-jump (you must be on the ground for this to work).
- The error causing lag issues on some computers has been resolved.
UPDATE 4: An official walkthrough for the game is up. If you're having trouble, you can view the video on YouTube at: www. youtube .com/watch?v=fX7YjMyNCTo
---------------
Hey all,
This is our second game and we're sad to say that it is NOT DSYP 2.
It's a puzzle platformer game with a twist. It's got a little bit of a learning curve to it, but if you stick with it, we think you'll like it a lot. It's also got a pretty cool ending if you can make it all the way.
Also, if you're ever insanely stuck, we have an optional level skip button that will be enabled if you're stuck on a stage for long enough.
CONTROLS
-------------------------
Arrow Keys or Numpad - Move and Jump
W or Q - Drop Quantum Shadow
SPACE - Teleport
F or D - Telejump (game will press jump then teleport automatically for you).
Have fun!

Nice game, save for minor keyboard issue
For some reason the space bar does not function when holding the up and left keys, making this game very difficult. I don't know if this is a bug with the program, an issue with all PS2 keyboards, or just an issue with my keyboard, so I didn't take any points off for it.

Nice
Pretty awesome game really. I ended up beating the game with every single character and getting all the medals. The controls were extremely frustrating for the first couple playthroughs, but like you said, there's a learning curve with them and I eventually got used to them like it was no big deal.
The sprites were designed well, and I liked the multiple different characters. The levels were interesting enough, but I supposed there could have been more levels and more elaborate ones too.
I noticed that even as the grasshopper in the jar you still see the grasshopper in the jar text though...you could have at least changed that.
The music was pretty good and I really liked the sound effects, so no complaints there.
The ending real ending is beautiful...every time you get it =) Overall a fun game with great replay value. Didn't find a single bug. Keep up the good work.

great concept
I found that switching the normal jump button (space) with something equally important and frustrating to the game a terrible idea though. I found myself mixing up what I was supposed to be doing over and over again. I think its also personal experience so I cant fault you for that. I think you should let people map the controls themselves to their preference... OR make it so the mouse controls where the "portal" goes (and make it so you can only place one in your line of sight... who knows)
like I said, was cool but I found it too frustrating to play.

Coolio
I liked the gameplay and music, also liked how theplot was similar to portal e.g Steve = GLaDOS. Long live Aperture!!!
