All of the bugs mentioned in the previous version have been fixed and the physics are now very close to what I want them to be in the final product. I changed(improved) the background and stage of this demo. since he can no longer "fly" around.
I wont be updating this again until the game is finished.
If anyone has any pointers about the code I'm using, I'd really appreciate it. I used the code from FiendishDemon's amazing platform tutorial. Tweaked it a little and added some buttons, but there is still a lot about it I don't understand.
I'd like to be able to use different attacks for the same button, but it changes depending on if he's in the air or on the ground. Like hitting "x" on the ground plays a different frame than if you hit "x"while in the air.
