A trip to remember

I can see a lot of potential for the storyline. I'd especially like to see the relation between who I presume to be Craig and the one eyed open mouth scary motherfucker, since I'm receiving hints that they are the same person.

Well, this is different...

I got to hand it to you, you REALLY know how to fuck with peoples minds. I watched the movie 3 times, and from what I gathered, Caig is mentally disturbed from some previous experience, (that is represented by the drream-like sequences, hence the title 'dream') and the one-eyed, umm, lets call it 'Victim', shall we?

He was a soldier, or security guard of some type, perhaps in a prison, and was caught up in a fierce gun-fight/s. Maybe he shot the wrong people, his team was killed off, maybe he was just mentally incapable of proccessing what he saw and went insane, I don't know. There isn't enough info there to come to any 100% conclusion.

After the gun-fight/s, he was considered a risk, made himself a risk, or was captured, perhaps. He was locked up and slowly started to deteriate, both physically and mentally, and perhaps started having these visions while locked up. Another possible theory I got is that he's purely a nutcase, and has no fucking idea what the real world is, and that was represented by him (or what I THINK is him) in the restraining bed.

There are a couple more things I don't undestand, however:
- I understand that the short scene where, just after he's been placed on the stretcher, he's in an open field, where there's a house in the background. There's another Victim, he aims and puts him down. Is this a significant event? Or is it more proof he's got a mind that's as stable as a table with 2 legs?
- Who the hell is the other guy? There's two, for fuck sake! I'm sure that this sequence is in real life, but knowing the stability of YOUR mind, I just can't be sure. Is it Craig? Or some other random? My guess, after watching it again and again, is that it's someone else. but like I said earlier, I can't be sure.
- If it IS another person that is absolutely slaughtering the security guards, what kind of role does he play? This sort of info will be of IMMENSE help to understanding this otherwise well-made movie.

So, in the next episode, may you please not only enlighten me, but everyone else who has lost a little of their own sanity by just trying to comrehend what the FUCK is going on? Thank you.

P.S. - No more serious mind-fucks, unless it's explained later on, please?
