Stencyl Featured games made with Stencyl.

Author Comments

The game was updated from August 15, 2010. Here are the changes and modifications:
- Fixed collisions.
- 8 more levels (so that makes it 18 levels, though without saving and loading... This is still a quick game for me)
- Added a jump sound.
- and more...
Thanks for being patient for me to update this game :)

This is my first flash game made with Stencyl. "Asul" is a filipino word for "Blue".*

sorry man, but try again

its better that my first shot at a flash game but its definitly not good enough. There were alot of simple things you could have done to make it better, the biggest being instructions instead of just starting the game and having to figure it out. Also there were times when it seemed like parts of the level were off the screen. And honestly it was really more frustating than fun.

Weird glitch

I keep encountering some weird glitch, where I run into an invisible barrier as I approach the edge of a platform. If I move backwards and then forwards again, or jump and move forward a bit, it usually resolves itself. It is rather annoying, though.

Overall: not bad for your first game! Simple premise, but entertaining.

Other people (from other sites who played that game) also found out about that glitch. I guess I would update that game as soon as possible. Thanks for a fair score by the way. :)

Needs work

Your doing good for your first flash game, but there are some things that need to be worked on.

1. Decrease respawn time. 3 seconds is too long.

2. Tweak the mechanics, the balls act like physical objects and slow the movement of the player. Jumping in place next to in some spots will kill you eg level 7. Possibly add a sound effect when jumping, and when beating a level.

3.Graphics are okay, the border lines are a bit thick for my taste. The feet on the character are a bit distacting.

"Responses from the things you said to be worked on"

1. Sure, I'll decrease the respawn time. And btw, someone also told me to do this :P

2. Hmm... level 7 would be a bit easier for you if I would remove a spike... And yeah, I would add some jumping and level finish sounds.

3. Well, the player's feet looks kinda weird to me after I made its look. I'll do something about it.

(I'll do this for an update of this game soon...)
