WOW FRONTPAGE!! THANKS, we'd nearly given up hope! Thank you so much ^_^
*EDIT*
Thanks fo these great reviews and daily fourth! we'll try to respond to as many as we can!
There's a couple reviews debating the naming of the animation or antagonist, apologies for not making it clear;
As the cat in the hat was the only character in the movie relating to Dr Seuss, we felt it was fitting that he should be the embodiment of the name. We used the Cat in the Hat (possibly the most recognisable of Dr. Seuss' creations) as a representative, we are well aware that they are separate people/things/pseudonyms. Sorry for that confusion! :)

DarkLink777:
Doctor Seuss. Oh, really? Doctor of what, might I ask? Well, I did ask. And this is what I came up with.

After doodling up a quick script and finding some voice talent at the Voice Acting Club, I entrusted the rest of the project to TheThingy5, who promptly animated for months and months while I sat on my butt playing Bombliss on the NES. Occasionally, I'd forget all about this project. But now it's complete, and I'm absolutely thrilled. I'll stop talking soon because no one wants to spend more time reading the description than watching the animation, but first I just want to give a huge thanks to TheThingy5 and all of our wonderful voice actors, without whom this animation wouldn't exist. Hooray for them!

TheThingy5:
Firstly i'd just like to apologise for the scruffiness of the first minute or so of the animation, i was trying out a new style and it took a while to get used to.
Secondly;
You can adjust the quality by right clicking the flash, this is because the beginning is especially graphically heavy and may lag.
The total frames are 6898 at 24 fps and run time is about 4 mins.
Anyway it was a real pleasure to work on such a fantastic script by DarkLink and with the brilliant talent of all the actors, I hope i've done it justice.
BTW there IS an easter egg at the end! if you can find it ;)

Wow...

Its dark, its disturbing and it made me pee. But joyous of joys, this cartoon brought me glee. I will now show it to all of my friends, so that way the terror of Seuss will not end.

good one.

what can we say about that?
an animation hard to scan. Thourgh the souls of the creators, to the touch of the animators, even the fear of the spectators. this animation its a very good creation.

Dr Seuss, was a very incredible inspiration, not only for this animators, also for the looney around this world and nation. Guys you remind us the way it has to be... to act like a joker and maybe a maniac could it be. I gave you my 10 cause it remind me the way. And give you a Five for the voice and the draw. A very good animation, I hope to see more, cause the creativity come and go, but looney it's all along.
