there is some strategy but very little and u should make the moey earnage a little lower so that its more about distribution and less about clicking the untis faster
Unbalanced a tad...
I chose the human race, and most of it is balanced, except for the Air battles, and as FinalFina said, somehow units will be between their base and the edge of the map (behind where they spawn) and somehow get destroyed even when there is no backwards attack animation (this also happens a lot during water battles). At level 14 I had every unit maxed out, all the skills, and my base maxed out, yet as soon as their units that shoot the penetrating green laser spawned, all of my units would die, and then they would summon their "mothership" and nothing I do would destroy them -- and they hardcore spam them with the green laser ships (yes I understand the green laser is a skill).
I've tried several different combinations of skills but it just appears to be impossible to beat it. The stealth is a useless plane, the combat jet too. Any combination of skills i use with them and they die almost instantly when they spawn, yet the alien "mothership" can take all 3 of my base attacks and still have half health.
No balance what so ever.

I looks good, but there is no strategy ...
Well if it would be only graphic and presentation you would get immediately 10/10.
But in my opinion the gameplay sucks. The idea is good, but there is no visible effect in the different kind of units. It just constructing as many units as fast as possible and let them charge to the enemy. You get more than enough money to unit spam and the tricky part is to survive the first 30 seconds, where enemy has money advantage.
And there is no visible scissor, rock, paper principe which would make me thing which unit to produce. You have put many units in this game, but they all feel like cannon-fodder.
Since you have more than enough money you can produce all units at the same time without problems.
Also a pity that you cannot use aircraft/landunits/sea units togehter in a battle. It could have been fun.
So this time only 5/10
