"Dots to Shapes" was inspired by Scribble, a great and very simple game that has been around for quite a while.

We wanted to do our own version for kids and improve its usability. In our game it is not necessary to click and drag since we have found that this is a difficult skill for younger kids. Scores are eliminated, so that kids can approach our games in a relaxed way and enjoy the visual and sound effects.

Although this game is focused on training mouse skills, "Dots to Shapes" has some educational elements incorporated. Children will learn more about musical instruments, their names and correspondent sounds.

This is a good kids game, but how many 4-6 yearolds play on Newgrounds? Good game, but NOT for me!

Unsuitable

A game ideal for 3-5 year old children, but the majority of the newgrounds community is far, far older than that (however young they may act).

That's kinda the hardest game published on the flash portal since... ever! When you put your pen on the wrong star and then the drawing is disapearing haaaa!!

Uh...seriously. Good for kids :3

Perfect for kid

This is not really a game for me but I found it very interesting and very well done for children at home or at school.
The atmosphere is nice, by cons you'd might be able to add a real piece of music played with the instrument, there is one, yes, but we don't hear well.
Nice work anyway.
