Hello Newgrounds Viewers,
In my latest cartoon titled 'We Are Science Probes', scientific explorers visiting a post-apocalyptic Earth begin to question their mission after uncovering certain historical artifacts.

I hope you like it.

It features the song "Say Goodbye" (used with permission) by the amazing band 'The Sun'.

Thanks for tuning in,
Billy

Update:
To the Newgrounds viewers, Thank you for the daily 2nd place award and all the reviews. I really appreciate people taking the time to leave such thought provoking posts.

As for the theme of the cartoon, it isn't an anti God story. I was trying to make a point about dogmatic thinking and how this can lead to a lack of understanding. At least that is what I was hoping to do. The funny thing is the cartoon is a little extreme in it's own way, but I chock this up to dramatic license and my lack of skills. HA!

Thanks again for all the views and reviews!

Another blob

Raises a good point

I can see why the log chips are insertable to show that people sometimes throw away logic aside in certain situation.. Also, that no matter science or religon, being on the extreme is always harmful. It produces cold heartless scientist or righteously blind zealots.

Funny, you can be extremely logical too and who's to say that ain't harmful? You can never choose just 'one'.

Settings

I think the story set in the time where Mankind is wiped out by Global Warming where Billionaires like Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, and The Like as well Today's Scientists are the Richest, Smartest, and very last people that ever lived yet all that they give to us before we perish from Global Warming are things like Predator Drones, Hybrid cars, Biofuels, Hydrogen Fuel Cells, and anything that uses less energy or water

Nice piece of work.

I love the vague "Twilight Zone" reference.

Great Flash. But one thing...

Wouldn't the Logic chip be built in the probes? It'd prevent the chips from being knocked off. Oh well. It's still a good flash I must say.
