Climbing up the stairway in search of revelation, a lone traveler defies a spiteful god residing at the top of the world. Unamused, the indignant deity lays down increasingly difficult laws designed to kill his unwelcome visitor as he ascends toward the moonlit skies. Can you make it to the very top and discover the secrets of this divine structure? May heaven grant you fortune.

Good story, good controls but...

this game is fucking bull shit hard. I played level 9 like 30+ fucking times before i beat it and i realized that after playing level 10 about half that i pretty much said fuck this and gave up. The story was good but its just not worth the hardships to finish it. So, good story, good controls, and i give up. Check points would have made this game a little easier and a little more tolerable. It would have made the difference between a little frustrated and beyond frustrated. Also the art could have used a little more colors other than puke green and gonorrhea yellow. A game that will take most people at least a half hour to beat should be a little nicer on the eyes. My choice of words may be a little harsh but thats just because im venting out my frustration. Dont take it personally. Fucking hard ass game!!!!

Pretty good!

All in all the game great, clever design and smart feautures, but, when you made level 6 i think you forgot to think for some time, the timing needed in the start is rather ridicolus, it can be done, but, make more distance or remove it as it's a game ruiner.

I don't think level 6 is hard at all. Most people had absolutely no problem at all on that stage, and didn't need more time to make it to the goal.

Actually, not in the slightest. I think this game actually conveys a meaning contrary to that... but everyone has their own interpretation.

It Should be better

SO, when i started playing this i thought "It's a great retro game." and it is. But I been hit by a few glitches that only appear at the MOST inappropriate times. The major one is that the movements freeze up causing me to fly left in mid jump until i hit a wall of death. and for a game that is full of instant death traps, i think it needs checkpoints in-between certain spots... like lvl 11 that I'm currently stuck on. It's just, unforgiving.

Great designs (except for the enormous soft squishy weakspot of a head) and twists, I think I'm probably gonna be stuck doing this for all of next week :D
