Is the script if you click left you die? There is a delay so i am guessing the script is after you move left you die, which is impressive

Do you mean the code that kills you when you move left? Originally, you would be smited immediately if you move left while you're on the ground, but I changed that to be more lenient due to people trying to jump left but pressing the jump button too late. So yes, there is a slight delay in the thunderbolt when you walk left on the ground.

My brain is telling me to write an extremely detailed review, but I'll spare your eyes today and just give you the short version. Tower of Heaven is right up there with Cave Story in terms of new and yet very retro gameplay. This game was satisfyingly challenging, and the rules kept me guessing. Even after having been destroyed fifty times or so, I found myself constantly retrying just to prove to myself that I could finish the level. On top of that, the music, theme, and presentation is fantastic. It's also so deliciously retro that I NEED this on DSiWare/AppStore/PSN or else I'll be sad (take the hint). Honestly, the music itself was enough to keep me going, which is why you can bet I'm paying that dollar for the OST. All in all, a fantastic game. I honestly can't believe it doesn't have a higher score.

That being said, the only thing keeping me from giving this game a perfect 10 is that it wasn't longer. Maybe next time, put forth more effort into making it a lengthier game; I'm sure it WILL be perfect, then.

Thank you very much! I'm glad you enjoyed the music! Hahh, I'd love to see this come out on another platform too. There are currently no plans for that, but maybe I'll bug the original creators of the game to look into it.
