Music is sublime! Gameplay is addictive.

Tower of Heaven is a very interesting concept.

Ascend the tower and try not to get killed SS retro style. But Then you get to the meat of the game and most games in history...variables. The variables, puzzles, and mind f*$ks are what makes this game so addictive and great. Climb this without jumping, go left without pressing left....man you are one sick sadistic person...but i like the pain :)

And im a retro gamer type of guy who loved the megaman2 games and thats what this sooo reminds me of. except its sugar coated with those oh so fun mind twist. And i love how the GOD? of the tower makes all kinds of smart a$$ comments lol.
Finally there's the music....wow...its so good that i had to research teh artist and stalk him on every site hes on. I also will be donating for that cd, its a great idea to just charge $1 dollar and allow the listener to pay what he chooses.

Anyway, its retro so it fights the game, but strangley also sooo soothing, and just plain great to listen too. You sur are a digital bethoven LOL, i love its as addictive as teh gamplay :)

aGAIN THIs game rocks.

If you like old school and brain teasers, then this is the game for you :) Cream puffs who likes easy ,crap, gimped, noob games of today need not apply :)

Hahah, thanks! I'm really glad you enjoyed the music! Thank you very much for your support as well; currently I'm basically just living off music sales.

And yeah, it seems too many people on here are spoiled by today's easy games! It takes a real gamer to appreciate retro goodness.

One of the best

It's not long or very hard since it's all about timing but very enjoable and pretty challenging at times. The music, man, the music is simply gorgeous, I bought the album just now (1$ FTW!). Also I'm pleasantly surprised about the controls, they're very responsive unlike many other games I've seen in this genre.
In any case thank you for that game, it was a very enjoyable experience.

beautiful

the graphics, the movement, the rules system test your skills. Honestly if you haven't turned off the rules on level 11, I would never be able to finish the game. And the music ohhh myyy Goddd, it is soo amazing, I had like a pevert face because of the beautiful sounds and scales.

P.D. Will you make an ipod/iphone app of the game? that would be supermegaomegaultra awesome!!!!

flashygoodness responds:

Thank you very much. Heheh, I'd like to see a version of level 11 with the rules all enabled, actually... that would be quite interesting.

And hmm, I'd like to see that happen, but there are no plans for that at the moment. Who knows, though!! Maybe someone will approach us for porting the game to other platforms.

Incredible

This game's really great. Everything works super smooth and the end was brilliant too, with the slight use of poetry.

Only thing that was rather pointless was the rule that doesn't let you check the rules anymore, because I don't think anyone ever checks the rules, since you encounter breaking them often enough to remember.

flashygoodness responds:

Thanks! Heh I know, that rule is pretty pointless. I think they wrote that into the dialogue to just add to the character of the tower god.

Very Polished Game

This is, as my title has suggested, an extremely polished game.

The graphics are styled very well along with their intentions, and the music is astoundingly inspiring and motivated me to continue along. I never really felt too frustrated. The controls also didn't feel too sluggish for me, so the Flash performing according to the system performance must be true in that sense.

The ending seemed appropriate and wholesome, and overall, simply a polished, finished project. Ten out of ten, something I don't give often.
