No No No!

Kermit is not from sesame street !!! he only made guest visits in the 90s

Thanks for the rate, but Kermit IS from Sesame Street. He's one of the original characters. Doesn't he say, "This is Kermit the frog of Sesame Street News." If you are referring to The Muppet Show as where he originated then that is an error because Sesame Street came about in November of 1969 while the Muppet Show aired in 1976.

His earliest beginnings however came from Jim's five minute specials called "Sammy and Friends" in 1955.
