Good atmosphere
I liked the smoothness of the gameplay, and the logs at the computers. Art style was good, although slightly too cartoonish at times for the mood, but overall I thought this game was great. The atmosphere you crafted, you crafted it well, and the lighting effect you applied, though used often in other games, worked well in this setting. Bosses were all relatively easy, until the very last one--the sudden camera jerk after it begins threw me off twice, and I fell to my death, heh. And then after that, I needed two more tries before beating it. Maybe jack the difficulty of the earlier bosses up (especially the one that just spits stuff and occasionally throws a tentacle), and make the camera not as jerky in the initial part of the last boss?
Easiest way, for me, to beat the last boss was to go on that platform furthest to the right of the middle, go carefully to the rightmost part of it, and crouch and just shoot crazily. When the boss moves to attack you, just jump over it, and none of its laserbeams will reach you. One little problem is that the sprinting ability kicks in while you're maneuvering, so you end up dying by falling off the platforms.
Otherwise, this game was great. I liked the idea, the execution, and the music. Well done.

Greatness
Ive been coming to newgrounds for quite some time and never thought of making an account, well today was the day. I had to write a quick review and say great work dudes. This game was pretty cool.

Fantastic work
You really did a great job on this one, I loved how this had the feel of dead space and was a nice touch. i only had a couple of problems with it for starters it was to easy to level up i mean every time you left a room and went back in they were all back which made it easy to lvl up the second thing i had a problem with but wasnt really a problem but i though that it was too easy but thats just for me i mean i like a challenge. Aside from that you did a really great job making this and i hope to see a sequel soon (: keep up the good work
