Super Switcher is a game where switching is the key to success. Super Switcher features different levels, a leaderboard, a rank system and even medals! Have fun.

Super Switcher is my second game which took me about a month to make. This is a reuploaded version in which i made some improvements, as the previous version had some bugs and could use some tweaks. All the rules are explained in the tutorial of the game.

- Keyboard Controls added. The previous version had mouse controls only.
- Reduced level time; some levels took a bit too long to finish
- Improved instructions and tutorial
- Freeze-glitch to jam gates permanently open has been fixed and can't be pulled off anymore.
- You can now pause the game anytime you wish, which wasn't possible in the previous version.
- To make the game even more fun, i added eight challenging medals.

Though i improved the game, if you find any bugs/glitches or things that don't work properly, please let me know. I can really appreciate that.

I hope you enjoy my game! Please leave a review.

Interesting game, but... where's the f***ing pause button, huh?

When you pause the game

You always end up having a ball at a second or two from hitting the barrier. Even when there was not even one ball in the screen before.

I dont know what to "say"

so I continue with the pro and contra.

good idea, good music (for some minutes)

no mute button,

no pause button (i wouldnt care if the multipler starts with zero if i get back to the game, i want sometimes to pause the game, you can program it so that "P" pause the game),

only one soundtrack in every level and at the menu,

at the beginning not really a chellange plus every ball is only one point (to get a high highscore you must collect multiplers or some white balls),

the laser is a good idea but why is the laser not computer controlled so you can activate it and then the laser shoot at the "bad" balls automaticily for some minutes or seconds?,

whats with upgrades (for the laser or a passive "not so often appearing "bad" balls"-upgrade what you can upgrade or so),

the music gets boring after some time and the game, too.

i know, my english is not the best. sorry for the bad review, i hope your other games are better.

Well that was certainly an experience.

The last few levels were really exhausting, but I pulled through. I'm really not much of an action gamer, so for making it through every level, I'm feeling quite proud of myself right now. Enjoyable, great music, and all-around solid game.

Now then, on to complaints, because no game is immune to my pessimism:

* Gate-switching could get really confusing at times. If it were at all possible, I would appreciate having an option to rotate the field 90 degrees counterclockwise, so that the number keys match up with the gates, left to right.

* Freezing power-downs are more of a nuisance than they're meant to be in the last few levels, because more than likely, before the gate thaws, another will fall on you and reset the duration, with no way to stop it from happening. Lucky for me that I had a ton of lives and a devastating laser, or things would have gone south quickly. Also, I fear that it's entirely possible to be caught in an indefinitely long freezing barrage, with no hope to escape. Unless there was a hidden variable protecting me, I would implement a fail-safe to prevent that sort of thing.

* I was let down by the fact that my only reward for beating Level 12 was a loopback. I would have preferred a celebratory victory screen followed by a return to the main menu, to let my accomplishment sink in. Or at least, separate the game into a 12-level mode and an Endless mode.

Anyway, I think you've gotten enough criticism. Again, really, really great game. Tons of fun. Can't wait to see what you come up with next.

Thanks for your review! I'm glad that you liked my game. I'm glad that you gave some good criticism. It's nice to get good reviews like this. If you wonder what i am coming up next with, here is the link to a preview of the next game i am working on. I guess it will take a while until it is finished, but it looks pretty neat. Just visit
