It is always great to see followups that have every bit of what made the original so good. I think it helps that the music is great and there is little concern about sounds or anything. It did get a little annoying at times as you had to get a certain grade to pass. Hey, I am the guy who just passed my earlier class yesterday with a "C"! Anyway, the graphics are decent because they are so simple they do not need anything extra for them. I love just seeing how the ball rolls and how the strategy works out.
Kept me interested for a while. It's not the most original concept, but these kinds of games are nice if well executed.
My main reservation is that the ball doesn't behave consistently. After drawing something that didn't work out, and adjusting for it further along the course, it sometimes happened that the ball didn't behave the same as it did earlier on the first part of the course. So it was back to the drawing board. Or just pressing 'go' often enough for it to work out the way I wanted it.
This, plus the fact that the wildly bouncing ball makes it difficult to estimate where the ball will go, made it all a bit random.
As a last comment, it would be really nice if games like this had not just a 'clear' but also an 'undo' button. I suppose it might be a choice to add to the difficulty, but it's really annoying (again, especially with the unpredictability element) if you have to start over after finally having the right line for a puzzle.
