Pretty awesome
All the elements are there! It's just missing something, maybe it is the speed, that's keeping it from having that level of professionalism.

OK...
Here is the thing is too much Dragon ball Z fight with cell also is a loop no ending no credits .... over all good job but try and keep people entertain i wanted to go take it off and go somewhere else i had to force my self to watch it not cool, keep me glued to the screen make me unable to think. oh and more emotion to the voices please but not too much.

It's good. So delete this, finish it and re-submit. I don't see why people always feel the need to submit unfinished content.
Don't be discouraged by my no star rating, I just want to see this finished.
