Author Comments

This game is about two lovers named January and September.
No, wait; it's about a group of people who don't believe in the sky.
No, it's about a pantheon of scientific disciplines.
Or maybe it's about an ancient beast who knew exactly when it was going to die, and how.

It's about a place. A place called Looming.

Took me back

Nice game, very artistic like others you've made, I found it enjoyable and it reminded me of a number of older games I used to play way back when on my MacII. Only wish there was some sort of map function, certainly not to show you where everything was at once, more like marking landmarks to give you a general idea of where to head when you find a clue, found myself wandering around aimlessly far too often.

Very catchy and interesting

Ok, so I've spent like 2 hours on this game... Very interesting, the background story is consistent and catchy. The lack of map makes the game more complicated and interesting. Was able to find all items, and many portals, but I think I'm missing 2 or so (2nd and 7th circles are black). Won most of the medals before I knew this game had medals.
TIP: In order to find all the hidden signposts, there's a visible signpost around the middle of the game, at the end of a way. It was the last one I saw, though.
TIP 2: "Epiphany happens HERE" means "here in Looming", not "RIGHT HERE where you are placed right now". Follow the indications about two gears (find the gears first).

GregoryWeir: do you know a program called mtPaint? Maybe you want to give it a sight; it's nice for pixel art and shading.

i amlost finished the game

all but the 3rd and second to last ending, i find myself running out of answers for the riddles but i did enjoy the game, i found all the relics and i soon found myself reading all the infomation they had to offer, it created a beautiful story of nihilism and humanity, it's a brilliant piece of work, i only wish i could find the other two endings i'm missing =/

Nice

I have gotten all the items, just missing the 7th and 9th ending.
@Hammerhydra I got the second ending by walking around the paths and then exiting out the first portal again.

1st Sign

To find the 1st signpost, walk northeast from the starting position until you hit the gap between two paths, then walk north for 10 seconds, then west.

Have all the items and all the endings except the second one. Anyone know how to get it?
