Awesome
This is my theory but i tin that Pete was in Coma this entire time and the bird was his sister (sister's voice) that stuck by him to lead him out of coma. The reason she lied was that she may have wanted to give Pete a goal but still not frighten him with the fact that he is in coma.

Changed The Way I Looked At Flash Games
Coma is unlike any other flash game I've ever really played. The music, the art, the minimalist plot, all of it absolutely beautiful. It's very serene, but at the same time: Creepy as hell. Redwind Falls is lovely, and the game has a strange childish tone (Maybe Pete is a child which explains his mispellings) but also has a mature theme beneath. The jumping mechanic can be a bit frustrating at times, but that relatively minor flaw is quickly assuaged when you just witness the sheer beauty of it. Thank you for creating a deep, intellectual, and soothing experience. It's like a massage to my brain.
