Hop in your ice cream truck and take left at Bizzaro Lane, cause Cream Wolf has arrived. By day you're a simple ice cream vendor, fattening the local girls and boys by serving up their favorite flavors. After dark, though, you become a werewolf. The fatter the children are, the more quickly they will follow you home under the spell of the moonlight. Bring them back to your lair and, you know, eat them.

Yep.

Arrow keys - Drive your truck around / control the werewolf. Drive to the right from your hideout to get to town.

X key - Hold it down to play your ice cream truck's tune and attract customers. This may also attract the attention of cops or investigators nearby.

If you collide with a cop or investigator, you'll get busted/fined, lose a life and have to start back at your hideout.

When a child touches your truck, the Ice Cream Game begins (as long as you have collected at least one ice cream cone icon in the town map).

In the Ice Cream Game, a customer's order is shown above the selection box and in text at the bottom of the screen. Press X when the correct ingredient passes through the selection box to drop it on top of the cone. The right or left arrow keys control the direction of the ingredient dial. The more accurate you are with getting ingredients centered on the cone, the more loyal (and fat) your customer will become!

When you unlock more flavors and multiple customers can approach your truck at the same time, the Z key controls a second order in the Ice Cream Game.

On the night of the full moon, continue playing your tune to make the addicted kids follow you, then drive back (left) to your hideout. When you arrive in front of your hideout (with the icon of your face on it) you'll change into your werewolf form.

The werewolf is controlled with the arrow keys -- run into the kids to eat them.

M - Mutes music and sound effects.

Space bar - Pauses the game.

The game is over when you lose all your lives.

Okay

A good retro nostalgic game with a messed up spin put on it, didn't encounter any bugs but didn't play for too long.

Not a bad concept pretty advanced

I love the graphics and the challenge of building customers. There is a glitch between werewolf to human mode which puts the game in an infinite loop rendering the game useless. Also I once had the children not responding when I ran over them and they did not let me serve them ice cream
Also this is not considered 8-bit. This is more like Intelivision which was 2 to 4-bit graphics. This is not NES or Sega Masters quality.

Quite a few bugs to clear out...

Before rambling about the bugs...
8-bit = retro
retro = good ^^

Common bugs:

1) Game stops if you're caught by the cops/exposed by the media/fined for hitting another car. (i.e. if you lose a life)

2) Got to the 4th map and completed it. After that, time stood still. The kids weren't moving at all and the only animation on the map was me and 3 cop cars. (Which I eventually crashed on purpose.) However, at this point, I couldn't even lose the game due to bug 3.

3) After losing my first 3 lives the first time, restarting the game gave me 30 lives. O_o

Other than those bugs, it's a good game.
Although, there's no replay value to it...

Lots of fun!

I kept thinking the driver of the ice cream was either Jesus or a caveman (hey, they look similar!) but it was actually a werewolf. It was a lot of fun just driving around and selling ice cream. I have no idea if there are ice cream trucks like that around anymore. The music was really fun and listening to it was a good way to pass the time. I loved the pixels used in this and how easy it was to go from place to place. Leave it up to AdultSwim to come up with a premise of a game entirely original with ice cream and werewolves.
