The idea was to charge the cyclic nature of most video games with some kind of meaning (i.e. the "play again" is not a game over). Yes, there is an end state, you can "beat" the game.
Made in about 6 days: 3 code + 3 content + 1 making crappy drones with an electric guitar (alternate soundtrack that didn't make into the final game).

Made in 6 days for the Experimental Gameplay Project - theme "art game"
Edit: there was a misattribution in the original entry, thank you Tom for fixing it.

Video Games...
...are most undoubtable a form of art and literature. I rememeber studying existentialism in my AP English 12 Literature class this past school year. I'm afraid that I've forgotton exactly what it is, however, I do know that it is more than just being emo and depressed, actually far from it.
If anyone is interested in reading up on how video games can be works of art and litereature, please go to my userpage and read the latest post, you might just learn something...
...and remember...it's not just a game anymore...

Last Step
The last step is
1:go to work and wait outside the tree (outside of work)
2:wait for the leaf to fall down
3:get the leaf and go to work (and work like usual)

Great game
It has a great idea, a man who wants to break the daily routine. The ending is unexpected, meaningful. I like the graphic retro style and the touch of colors, the music is ok...great job man!

Don't know what these guys are talking about
I loved it, very deep and moving, The music went along very well, I think my favorite bit was how the cubicles keep getting longer.

Oh my god...
I actually cried when I played this. An extremely beautiful game. "Every day the same dream" is exactly that. The American dream. 11/10 rating.
