"Every day the same dream" is a slightly existential riff on the theme of alienation and refusal of labor. The idea was to charge the cyclic nature of most video games with some kind of meaning (i.e. the "play again" is not a game over). Yes, there is an end state, you can "beat" the game.

Made in about 6 days: 3 code + 3 content + 1 making crappy drones with an electric guitar (alternate soundtrack that didn't make into the final game).

Music by Jesse Stiles
Made in 6 days for the Experimental Gameplay Project - theme "art game"

Edit: there was a misattribution in the original entry, thank you Tom for fixing it.

Art.

Strong. Powerful. I, literally, had goosebumps until the end. Everything complemented each other - the colors, the animation, the music - amazing work.

Wow

That was utterly brilliant, I am at a loss for words. It's so simplistic yet make you think, I love games and stories like this one. Everyday the same dream and at last there is renewal of his "old self" jumping. Keep up the good work, and don't lose the personality in your art.

Very complex

I love games such as this where they have a deeper meaning or purpose and for this one it was obviously among the lines of representing yourself with your own personality and to not get so overworked that life becomes boring, you can control it and that you always have and always will have choices, and that when everything else is gone he gets to watch himself commit suicide of his boring life and yet is reborn with more opportunity, it can be interpreted may ways I'm sure but that was very good nonetheless. 10/10 Keep it up, very thought provoking, I like that :).
