Hi everyone!

This is my very first attempt at making a Flash game (or any sort of game, for that matter). The game itself is a remake of "ESCAPADE" - a game I used to love playing on my Atari as a kid.

The objective of the game is simple. You must use the shapes to cover the colours on the board in such a way that only one colour is left showing once all shapes have been laid. Once you've done this for every colour of the rainbow, you win!

I am currently working on a new game which is much better than this one in just about every way you can imagine, but we all have to start somewhere, right?

Awful completion analysis...

I beat the second easy level 3 ways and the game did not recognize that I had won. overall, cute to look at, nice basic programming, but it just falls flat.

Maybe I didn't make it clear that you have to get each of the 7 colours exactly once in order to win. I have been told that the instructions are a little crappy. Thanks for your feedback.

EDIT - Or are people thinking that they have to leave one of every DIFFERENT colour showing for some reason? Hmm...

Good!

Very creative concept, soothing music, fitting sound effects, challenging gamplay (on hard).
This is a great game, but the instructions were a little unclear. I thought I was going to do red first, so make it clear that you can choose colour yourself.
And by the way, you cannot click "main menu", "new game" and "?" before you click "start game".

Overall, it's really good, some small scratches and it's a little "stiff". I look forward to your new game.
