The battle continues this time Rayquaza has been unleashed by a powerful new trainer and is on a Pokemon hunting rampage! Can Fry and co take this beast down? join the high paced action and find out.

(ALERT!!!! DBZ INSPIRED YES I GET THE MESSAGE!!) XD

***READ NOW!!** This flash is considerably more graphic intensive than the first, so I have inserted quality toggle control functions (central black buttons below); however it is only an issue on slower computers. If it still tends to lag with low quality, try watch in firefox then hold ctrl and scroll down with your mouse to zoom out the page. This will drasitically reduce the stress the flash graphics renders on your pc's cpu
**READ GODDANMIT!!**

Be sure to watch "Fated Battle" if you still have not seen the first part of the action. Just like to say as you all know I'm not the biggest fan of Pokemon, last game I played being Pokemon silver O_o and hardly not ever seeing the anime. I did all research on bulbapedia to keep accuracy. I mixed aspects of the anime and game into this so I hope it appeals to you all.

NOTE: Now my third flash and as you can see I'm getting better :) I've literally been called the Micheal Bay of newgrounds haha so you'll either love my style or hate it completely! well there is only enough I can do. BTW as I'm a dbz fanatic I'm sure you'll be nostagic after this, so make sure to keep up as they move pretty fast. So if you hate Z awww too bad tut* tut*

NOTE2: For those wondering why I haven't credited the main Rayquaza battle theme here. It is because it is non-existent here on Newgrounds. It was produced by a guy who goes by the name of Pokemonremixstudios. He is notorious for mixing amazing pokemon themes on Youtube, so all credit for music goes to him. If your having trouble finding the mix, PM me and I'll PM you the link :)

Runtime- 4:32 mins (Battle scene duration)
Frame Rate- AS3 20fps = AS2 24fps
Symbol Count- 1800!! O_o (Almost double the first :o)
Production Time of Flash- 3x the original :P due to my laziness
Be sure to watch to the credits for a surprise O.O
and hope you enjoy or enjoyed the cataclysmic battle! Rayquaza is Badass right?! XD

It was ok, I guess...

First of all: a shakey screen is alright, but this was too shakey. (kind of like Tyranitar was spamming the move earthquake); Second of all: the characters, especially the pokemon, had no clear movement. (I couldn't see what they were doing); Third of all: not to be mean, but you should probably work a little more to increase the frame rate on your videos. (some people may have a poor connection and experience lag and skipping). Oh well, I hope ths review helps for your next flash film.

extreme

i agree pokemon should be more intense, but this was a bit overboard,to allow people to follow it better you probably need to add quality buttons because this is extremely graphically intense, L,M,H, and EL for extremely low. but other than that perfect, so give yourself a pat on the back.

Tyrant-D responds:

sign* read read read read read read read read read... the... description I have inserted quality control in the flash (two central black buttons). As my laptop barely handled the flash, I decided to put them in. Thanks for giving me the benefit of doubt you could of rated alot lower :)

Really good!

I am by no means an expert at criticizing animation, nor do I claim to know any thing about animation...that is what I want to say first. Second, would be that I am not trying to be mean, nor offer destructive criticism. Just want to see you improve is all.

Alright, my main 'gripe' if it could be called that, would be, as LordofTrennaria said, I wish it was more fluid. I agree that it would have been epic as all hell if it were more fluid. Second, would be probably a POV thing, it might be the charm of your animations for the camera to follow closely in the action I don't know yet, I will probably after I write this but for now, I don't, however, I would have liked to not have gotten motion sick while watching this flash.

That's all I have to say, I hope you do more, despite what I said I did enjoy watching this, and I hope you improve (not bashing your style now btw). Later! ^^

Well....

Alright... 1st of all, speeding up the pokemon does NOT make it more intense. SLOW DOWN! And you are bumping the camera around way too much. Stick with a scene for more than 1/2 a second. You made a good effort though. Also, work on the eyes of the people... actually, work on everything about the people. The pokemon are nicely animated for the most part but those people look like a bad copy of DBZ gone wrong.
