I watched all three and it still doesn't make a bit of sense and as far as saying that women would probably understand it more isn't really true (atlest not for me). Put in more of a storyline (that makes more sense) and work a bit more on the graphics.

It makes sense!

Wow. It does make sense after watching all three of them.. a very well done series. I have to say, this is definatly one of the better series on New Grounds. I haven't seen many that made me think this much.

Very "Interesting"

OK, I'll be the first to admit that all the nudity had a huge influence on why I watched it..
However, the storyline has a little bit old and hackneyed...they have another flash on newgrounds that has basically the exact same account....please...although the series was good...can anybody come up with some new ideas....
THIS ROMEO&JULIET stuff is getting pretty old...

It's Artwork

and artwork can never be taken at face value (as much as I wish it could). If you watch this and say whatthefuck!? Then just stop and think for a moment. Everything in the movie is probably a metaphor. If you can't come up with anything reasonable, then go through all the reviews, many people have good theories for this series.

Graphics are nicely drawn, but not very animated. There was little movement in the whole thing. Although some parts look pretty slick like the tear drop, and the fusion of the flame and angel.

The music was incredibly appropriate. That haunting humming has been stuck in my head for days. Although there is no sound.

The story line moves so fast that it is hard to tell what is happening between one episode and the next. And with no explanation you are left to draw all the conclusions you want. I guess this is what Damian intended.

My own ideas...she is in the desert in the second episode because she couldn't stay home anymore. A woman with ungainly (and deadly) wings will not be welcome in most societies, so she fled to the most desolate place she could...maybe she lived in Vegas. And the picture tree, If we are going with christian symbolism, then it could be a message from God. Like the burning bush...only a flashing tree. It was there to warn her about the demons, although it didn't help much!
