Not bad.
I liked it and it had its moments where it lost stlye but i got 1 question... where did you get DR. evils voice? i know you didn't get it from the movies cause it said sugar and spice and stuff.

umm.. yeah
you suck at animation , why don't you spend a little more time on it... appart from that the voises and the whole flash Idea was great.
