Note: This is the official release to Newgrounds of the Game stolen a few days ago by someone pretending to be me :( , if you've already played it, please vote how you liked it, though you should now play it with it's proper aspect ratio, it's much better :D

The idea behind this game was to push how large of a single Movieclip I could make each level, and in the process pay tribute to my absolute favourite game on the PS2, Shadow of the Colossus, which hopefully will be seeing an HD re-release on PS3 soon!

Play as a mysterious Pale Man of the North in a quest to rid the Kingdom of a most unusual plague, and in the process win the throne to the empire!

I hope you enjoy this little cinematic style game, I've really tried to squeeze the atmosphere in. Featuring music from Duncan Fenn of The Red Swan Hotel, which you should defintely check out in the link to the side and the as usual brilliant

A Shadow of the Former Colossus

For those of you who think that this game is a lot like Colossus, you're not too far
off, because it is exactly like "Shadow of the Colossus," and it's a real cheap-ass
imitation (if not outright flash plagiarism) of that game, which could be bought at
any bargain bin for PS2 games these days. And what's worse, the game tries to
give you a poignant quote from Rudyard Kipling at the end, but it's not even complete. I can't believe an unoriginal game like this managed to score third place.

Not great.

Very apparent lack of checkpoints, the jumping animation is ridiculous, not visually pleasing, climbing is slow and boring (also no diagonal movement), water is practically useless (character has virtually no buoyancy and can't swim), very little interactivity, no immediate threats or enemies (which would make it far more entertaining). It's basically terrible Prince of Persia with a sword that he doesn't use. I give you three for effort and somewhat for "story".

Too slow. Feels like crappy Assins Creed

This game was too slow for my liking. I felt as though I was holding down the same key for so long and getting no where.

The first level took forever to beat. Not because it was hard, or because it was fun but because it takes forever to climb the vines. It was too easy, no challenge and no reward. The obstacles are incredible easy to doge and it wasn't entertaining.

However I did like the rotating platforms.

Looked good but too glitchy, kept falling through platforms, fuck that.
