Note: This is the official release to Newgrounds of the Game stolen a few days ago by someone pretending to be me :( , if you've already played it, please vote how you liked it, though you should now play it with it's proper aspect ratio, it's much better :D

The idea behind this game was to push how large of a single Movieclip I could make each level, and in the process pay tribute to my absolute favourite game on the PS2, Shadow of the Colossus, which hopefully will be seeing an HD re-release on PS3 soon!

Play as a mysterious Pale Man of the North in a quest to rid the Kingdom of a most unusual plague, and in the process win the throne to the empire!

I hope you enjoy this little cinematic style game, I've really tried to squeeze the atmosphere in. Featuring music from Duncan Fenn of The Red Swan Hotel, which you should defintely check out in the link to the side and the as usual brilliant http://www.Incompetch.com

awesome as crap

this game is one of the best flash games i've ever played. i just got sotc like a week ago and this game definitley reminds me of it. sotc is a million more times epic but this is as close as you can get in flash. my hat is off to you (metaphorical hat).

It was good, but then.......

At first I was so impressed, the first level was cool, and the story seemed pretty interesting. The second level was fun, but at the end when it zoomed out, I realized that the creature was designed for me to climb on. Then the 3rd level I was trying to figure out what I was climbing on, and why the water dissapeared. When it zoomed out at the end and I realized what it was, lol that was kinda dumb. I guess u were trying to keep a tragic ending to equal SOTC, but that was just a crappy ending, what was the purpose of playing at the end? So in review I think the level design could use some work, a creatures body shouldn't be designed for a man to travel it, and was I walking around inside the 3rd one? Finally your story needs some work, it cancels out the reason for playing at all.

Nice

Visually empressive. The platforms can be a little bit hard to distinguish sometimes but it's not to bad. The controls are a little slow and clunky but still workable. You nailed the cinematic style you were after. All in all fairly good.

btw: sometimes when you jump on a platform....the edge of it pretends like it's not there then lets you fall through. FIX IT >_<
