I wanted to build something confrontational, that would engage players to give thought to what they are doing both in and out of game.
The result is 'Loved' - a short story in the form of a flash platformer.
Updates
1. It should be much easier to perform precise drops now
2. Resurrecting inside walls should no longer be possible
3. Slope-related glitching should no longer occur
4. Added a small secret

Oooo...
If it was supposed to be hard to understand, not really.
In any case, I face this test of choice everyday with someone too.
Mmm... At least in any way, I feel that I'm more of a loyal dog after this game. xD
Anywho, nice game. :D

Nice Game
I played the game 3 times, and i think i got the message.
The game is just a normal platform, with a voice guiding you and giving you choices.
BUT, the choices, in the game you make, affect how you play. Just like in real life.
The "voice" represents someone who loves you dearly, whether its a boyfriend/girlfriend or your parents, and how far would go to follow him/her.
She/He would ask you questions, and will go against your answer. Like "Are you a Man or a Woman?"
Pleasing the one you love, would go against your own morals. Not pleasing them would ruin how you live or in this case, how you play.
Its about being "Loved."

Slightly terrifying...
I'm not 100% sure I'm comfortable with this game. It's brilliant, and I'll admit I'm addicted and keep coming back to it, but I had to think about myself in a way I've never done before. I want the clarity that comes with being good, and yes alright I also want to be a good girl. At the same time, I have a little part of me that experiences pure glee at making the (clearly sadistic and controlling) voice angry at me. The game's simplicity means I can't distract myself from thinking about this contradiction, which means it is just that bit more effective, that bit more memorable. Conclusion? I have none, I guess. I'll play it again.

nice
I understand the story of disobedience vs. obedience, and how it changes the game, but there should have been better endings. The game wasn't concluded properly. Just an abrupt 'The End'? Give a cut scene, or some text to finish it off.

Beautiful.
This gave me shivers. It made me feel like someone was truly talking to me. And in the end, when it asked if I was a boy or a girl, and it chose woman for me, it made my body heat up. And also when it said,"I loved you always." I was actually quite sad when it said "The End."
