Pac-man is back for more madness!
It's been a long time since I have submitted to Newgrounds. This is the sequel that has finally been completed after too many extended deadlines and broken promises of when this would be released.
Anyway enjoy the second part, with more madness, more ghosts and more blood!

Lots of ups, not too many downs
Where it's good, it's really pretty good. As others have said, there's some good use of blur. I was a little disappointed to see some goofy things going on with perspective lines in a couple spots, but the good outweighed that. Eight minutes is a pretty hefty chunk of runtime for a NG submission. Kudos for putting in the time to do all that, but I'd love to see what you could do if you took that effort and put it into something shorter so that you could polish and fine-tune it more.
I see what you're saying and I appreciate the feedback. In the next one more effort will be put in and it will be more polished as you say. Thanks again for the comment.

in the next one, pac man should chomp one of the ghosts heads off during a fight scene.

Nice!
I don't know what to say, it's awesome. It's a really good idea. I liked the first one and I love this one. There is also some improvement I see in it.

What a MADNESS
Well sometimes the backgrounds got crapy quality but the rest is very good...
Because I'm a fan of madness and of Pacman, I HAVE TO give this all 10 stars!
It's so epic!
