This is my college senior film. I storyboarded it out a few years ago and just recently got around to finishing it over a 6 month period juggling other things. It's kind of a commentary on over-consumption and capitalism, but really it's more about just having some fun at the expense of the main characters mental health.
The music is by the amazing and relevant Oingo Boingo. The Song is "What You See" off of their first album 'Only A Lad'.

WYSIWYG

I loved this cartoon the whole way through because I had absolutely no idea what was going to happen next. There are just so many crazy things going on, it is so much fun. Thank you also for introducing me to such a fantastic song I never heard of before! The animation is flawless especially with how you omit the black lines that normally seperate the colors. This looks like "Pee-Wee's Playhouse" with everything just yelling for no reason at all. I love how the mouths move, and how cartoony everything is!

I'm glad you liked it. If you really liked the soundtrack, be sure to check out the rest of the album as it's full of the same energy, catchyness and cynicism dripping from this song.

Right on

Fantastic job. Someone below me already made an absurd points comment so I'm sad. But you get eleventy-twelve points for Oingo Boingo. :D
