Age of War 2 is a mix between a defense game and a strategy game. The goal is to destroy the enemy base while defending yours. You can build turrets to defend your base and units to attack the enemy's.

The twist of the game is that you can evolve as well as unlock new units and defense means. The more you evolve, the more you will become powerful.

A little too systematic, it's a game where when you understand the system you have 1 strategy for victory, for me it was simple; rely on turrets and keep a meat shield in the way of your castle, it led to a relatively easy victory.

Other issue; the end game, very anti-climatic, after all that works/calculation I wanted a bit more than a "good job, return to menu".

Otherwise very fun game, great balance for flash, good submission, good job!

I thought that it was fun, but i thought that it didnt put as much emphasis on buying turrets like in the first one. Still a great game, though!

Nice, but almost too easy!

I've never gotten past the Renaissance age on any difficulty because the black powder cannons are WAY too powerful. A powerful ranged unit that has a high rate of fire and high hitpoints can't be stopped and walks all over the computer if you spam enough of them.
