-This was made for an English assignment, and was meant to be an "accompanying visual" to the novel and its themes.
-This took about 4 to 5 hours to develop.

I like your stile. So far I have never seen a similar concept for a Jump 'n' Run to tell a story.
The only thing that bugs me is that the 'normal' mode is much to slow for my taste - the speed in hard mode is just right though.

Im sure you did well on that. Easy mode was easy. hard mode was hard. I can respect that. Character design was of little importance, I'm assuming?
Jumping games are always cool, but I think you should
A. Draw a better stickman
B. Have a 'Submit Score' option
C. Have the platforms move faster.
