You are Dr. Heiter, a brilliant German surgeon who has gone mad and surgically attached people ass-to-mouth to create the Human Centipede. Unfortunately, your patients are not pleased with being human centipedes and have begun to rebel against you.
Now you must take your trusty rifle and put down these human centipedes like the bad dogs they are. Don't forget to watch out for the police and collect glasses of water with roofies to slow down the centipedes!
This Centipede game parody is based on the heartwarming, feel good movie of the year for the whole family to enjoy - Human Centipede. We've just added a variety of medals to it, including a few secret ones you'll surely be able to unlock if you make it far enough in the game. Also included is a high scores list for those of you who are skilled enough to gun down plenty o' those pesky human centipedes to make it into the top ten.

hilarious
But the inability to fire, except in random spurts, is very frustrating. Constantly watching impending death arrive with the fire button disabled for no reason.

I've seen better remakes
The controls were terrible and the graphics concept not terribly creative. Glasses of water with roofies?
I've seen better remakes, the best being Apeiron from Ambrosia Software, which I'm actually thinking of downloading again. great graphics and sounds, the hookah smoking caterpillar from Alice in Wonderland and DRUGS REFERENCES, BABY! Glorious drugs.
Apeiron also being greek for infinity or without end.
As for advertising other sites and using adblocker, blow me Tom. Its a better game and adblocker is off.

nice fusion of retro and contemporary elements
This game is basically centipede with a twist...i cant complain about the controls as they are the same as the classic..but i think the twist is a novel idea.

lulztacular
i nearly peed myself laughing at this. for those who don't know, this comes from two previous concepts. centipede is a classic arcade game, and the human centipede is a recent "horror" (but more like comedy in my opinion, due to the premise) movie which grossed around 1/7th of its budget. i loved the style and everything. this game was great.
