Are you ready for a true collaboration?
Animators, voice actors, programmers, original musicians, and designers unite under one project

this idea started way back in December when i was recalling how i used to love watching the "noir" section on newgrounds before i was an animator. So i started this idea (and with the help of phobotech altering the idea a bit) and it became what it is now! this project has some truly great artists involved and it was a pleasure to work with all of them!

so i hope u guys enjoy! - please recommend us to the noir section!
(sry to ngs for me and fatkid's insane amount of pms back and forth...)

the first part kinda sucked when it came to close-up animation but the 3rd and 4th videos along with the incredably awesome sound track made up for it

The music made it

The collaboration as a whole was not the best I've seen, there wasn't as much flow as I would've liked and some of the animations seemed rushed.

Zapwadda's input was probably me least favourite and it was a shame that it started the collaboration off.

Denzel-Crocker really showcased great artistic skills and animation fluidity, I was very impressed and would love to see some more of this artist's work.

Keiran-S was very stylised and there were a few things I would've like to have done to improve the overall feel, but the character design was quite good and the concept was also there.

Red Harvest showed great skill in some of the sketches, but lacked continuity. It went from great proportion and beautiful characters to stumpy, out of proportion and rather strange looking in other places and you could see the scenes where more attention was payed.

Over-all though, I thought the sound production and choice of music was fantastic and really lifted the entire piece. It gave variety while still being one and each piece was well chosen.

A Massive Undertaking

Naturally, with 4 animators with radically different styles, the overall product was unfocused and confusing. Any random person who quickly clicks the play button will be truly lost the second denzel-crocker's animation comes transitions in.

However, each animation was fantastic and unique in its own right, and I enjoyed it (Not to mention I am a sucker for Pink Floyd).
