Decent
The graphics are okay, and the proportions are perfect because it's traced. It could have used color and a background. Even if it's a test, you need more for a Newgrounds submission.
The framerate was also a little low. If you're gonna trace, at least do it at a higher framerate. 20-30 maybe?
Last, it was way too short. You could have traced yourself jumping or waving or something.

Nice
Good job, man. It takes a lot of discipline to create something liek this. It's extremely smooth, and very detailed. It's almost proffesional work, and should get top score.
