Really nice for a first try!

Ok, now that the compulsory "good-a-job" has been doe, on to the critique!

Firstly, those black borders should be static, as in put them on top of the flash and anchor them to the sides (I think it's called anchoring, anyway).

The animation...
Well, there is no actual animation, so let's just call it a translation. The translation is a bit jumpy, and could be smoothed a bit.

The slime coming off of the zombie arm is kind of cut-off, but I'm sure you know that already.

Still a really nice try, and I'm encouraging you to do more in the future.
