Protect your gems from being stolen by "good" heroes in this tower defense game. Overlord, you have all the power of orcs, undead and demons.

Instructions

Use mouse (hold SHIFT to build multiple towers or cast multiple spells).
The game has a bult-in tutorial.
Try to annihilate the enemies before they grab a gem, but even if they do, you'll have a chance to annihilate them on their way back and you'll save the gem.

Version 1.10:
Cursed Treasure with updated graphics and 30 levels is now available on iPad!

- Added missing "%" symbols in descriptions of the Bounty Hunting and the Scorching Treasure skills

Vesrion 1.09:
- Fixed bug: ~30% loss of mana regeneration rate when the "Attack" button is clicked

Version 1.08:

New features:
- Hotkeys added (see built-in hints, 1,2,3 - towers, Q,W,E - spells, SPACE - start attack, F - toggle high speed on/off)
- Sound effects and music can be switched on/off separately

Balance changes:
- Assasin's "Dancing Blade" ability (50% chance of avoiding damage) is replaced by the "Mystic Blade" ability (diminishes damage by 30-90%)
- Recharge rate of Ghost Crypts is increased to 2 seconds
- Recharge rate of Banshee Crypt is increased to 1.5 seconds
- Ballista Dens and Catatult Den missiles speed is increased

Bug fixes:
- "grayed out Attack button and neverending mission" bug is fixed.
- Savegame system is changed. We can't guarantee that the bug stalling the game on the choose profile screen ("Level 999" bug) is fully fixed, but at least you will see "The save data is corrupted" message and will be able to play the game anyway.

+ many small changes and fixes

loved it!

I loved this game. the graphics are nice, the soundeffects a little annoying after a while, and the gameplay is nice. a few downsides are the fact that most levels get easier towards the end due to monetary problems, and the fact that every time I see a ninja or assasin, I want to strangle a kitten.
on the other hand, the crypts are a little overpowered, most notably the chilling ones. I once had an assasin on "the secret path" grab a gem and then get scared, putting the gem in the passage.
finally, another one of my favorite moments: the final boss of battle city, getting frozen. between most of my towers. each of at least level 5. whith frenzy active. It did not end well for the poor guy.

Crypt are Recockulus!

This game is banana awsome.
This got both puzzle and a TD element. Easy to play hard to master.
I think it is well balance.
People who are complaining probably just suck at the game.
Some general advise in this game is to only build tower at important places like mana pool, high ground and corner where tower cover multiple areas.
Try to build tower inside out. This mean build tower closer to the cave first. Let them lvl up on or twice, then work your way outward to the spawn point. This way your tower will have an even spread of exp.
To deal with ninja make sure you first tower that hit the ninja is a fearful crypt. He will often be freeze or run back and waste his 5 second invisibility
To deal with assassin just use frenzy. It will even out the dodge percentage. Unless you are very unlucky none will get through.
For ninja boss, just get your meteor ready and hold down shift. You will be able to cast multiple meteor at once. Just spam him and he is toast.
I know Crypt tower have recockulus range but dont just rely on it. Use a number of different tower.
Last but not least if you struggle in a level, replay the last one and lvl up your skill. I know it can be a bit boring but if you want all the brilliant rating then just beat it.

Enjoyable time killer but has some heavy flaws.

The difference between a not upgraded tower and an upgraded one is so huge (like 30 damage to 300 damage) that building new towers actually isn't helpful. That said building multiple of the same type of tower shouldn't cost progressively more expensive since they are not helpful, money consuming, and take exp away from the already existing towers.

The unit that becomes invisible upon being hit once is the only reason to put towers near your gems, which is kind of unfair. Often by the time the invisibility wears off (especially the huge one) there is no way to prevent them from at least touching your gems. Getting perfect is thus somewhat impossible.

Also another problem is the unit that apparently has evasion AND moves quickly, as things say "miss" when it gets hit. Now normally, the solution would be to have more towers, oh wait, this game discourages that and makes multiple towers incredibly ineffective and work against you. As such units with evasion should probably be removed.

I want to give this game a higher score, I really do, but it has some unfair mechanics, probably meant to be challenging, but are just unfair and annoying.

Every time I see a ninja, I punch a kitten.

This is by far my favorite tower defense game of all time! Three types of towers and tech trees give this game a lot of depth. It can be played hours on end, pausing only to blink in between levels. I achieved brilliant on all levels but one.
My only complaint is those gosh-dang ninjas! On level 14, secret passage, the boss ninja has so much health that even 5 meteor showers can't take him down. His five seconds of invisibility prevent you from getting brilliant on this level and it really grinds my gears. Great game overall though.
