Okay, this was part of my coursework for university and I'm submitting it now before I get too ashamed of it later. The simple purpose of the animation from an academic topic was to show how flash allows solo animators to become "True Autuers", in that they can make or at least control/edit every part of an animation themselves.

Put simply, The main character, Miles, found a pair of nifty headphones that can elevate his reactions and muscular functions through data that's transmitted as music (to help stop the user going crazy, letting them use them for longer.)

He's stopping a group of civilians that are being kidnapped to be turned into mechanical robots for devious schemes. Yes, the main villain must clearly be DR. ROBOTNIK *cough*nonotreally.*cough *

Feel free to lash out about the many many things in this that could be vastly improved such as the sub-par voice acting much of this was done with little to no sleep at the time. I'll learn how to do things to an acceptable degree EVENTUALLY. Other than that, enjoy.

Please don't distribute this on flash/video hosting sites, you can ask me to upload it for you on whatever if you want, like YouTube, and I'll likely comply. kthnxbai!

Man, it's been so many years since I saw this on the front page. It's a pretty gripping short about the only hi-tech city protecting the planet's remaining populace from monsters, but some citizens are forced to become cyborgs to fend them off, and only a kid with headphones that enhances his agility can save them. The Pacing is good, the action, although brief, is amazing, and the choice of music is the cherry on top. I would love to see this become a full series, even here. It actually reminds me of a webcomic I enjoy called Antihero for Hire (highly recommended). So, if the author is still around, I hope you can come back and do more cool stuff like this.

I found this incredibly entertaining - the animation is short, which makes it so easy to pick up and really get into. I'm definitely not one to critique art styles/cinematography, but the effort placed into portraying various themes in each scene is obvious, and it was definitely worth it. Even the scripting made its mark. I loved the handdrawn graphics - especially the sandy deserts, they looked great. From the desolate wasteland featuring the crushed skull to the contrasting dark, oppressive depths of Solar City, there was a lot of creativity involved - then, the beat kicks in; awesome impact!

Be sure to back yourself - your work is fantastic, and it can only get better. Congratulations, I'd love to see more!

U should definetly make this into a collection

y u no

cool but,
