Haven't written a review in a while...

...But I had to for this game. Fun concept. Near-flawless execution. Tremendous attention to detail. A fun trip down memory lane! Thanks for this.

WOW

I've never played anything like this, all the classics mario style and on NG. What could be better!! Really really awesome job.

Amazing

This game is awsome! The idea is really good, you should do a second one with more characters!

Found myself playing through each world. Stunning.

I'm very happy with this game, it goes without saying that you put tons of effort into this and your effort paid off to the fullest. Thank you for presenting this.

Gameplay wise, it's just like playing any classic NES game no matter which character you've chosen. It's on point and actually remains loyal to the game each character comes from. I've played quite a few Mario flash games but this one by far takes the cake and leaves the rest of them lying dead in a back alley.

Criticism wise, the jumping is one of the major issues I was having with several of these characters other than Mario and Link. Mario & Link being smaller than the rest of the choices, they're more "nimble" in terms of dodging a lot of attacks (mainly Bowser's fire breath). But I suppose in lies the difficulty of the bigger characters being able to use instant projectiles as compared to Mario requiring a Fire Flower. I dunno, I'm not saying make the larger characters smaller, if anything just give them more maneuverability while jumping. It becomes a pain in the later levels if you're wanting to play through as someone who isn't Mario or Link.

All in all, a fantastic game and one that I'll be coming back to for awhile. Thanks a lot for this.

Now then, how about Super Mario Crossover 2? Playing through SMB2 levels? ;D Or maybe SMB3 levels? ;D Or even SMW levels! Woowoo! Can't wait and hoping for a sequel.
