This is my new Cartoon im working on.
Depri C is a Paper Flash Cartoon about a Police Officer who has to hunt down a perverted Childrapist.
He is in the littletown called Knox.A scary,disturbing and violent fight against the pure evil
begins.
This is the beginning of Season one.
If this Series gets popular im gonna make a second season

The animation seems like you put in a decent amount of effort
but i really can't tell with the terrible quality
an idea would be to seperate it into two parts
and increase the quality if it's good enough people will watch both parts
the voice acting isn't brilliant and a little cheesy
my only other problems with it was the lack of a preloader or play button

It's a shame that the qualiity was lowered that much, made me have to lower your scores. I really like your style, and your choices of music was brilliant. Apart from quality and the message, some things you have to improve are your tweens. The base of the neck should never leave its original position. Also you should try to improve the sound quality of your voice acting, but maybe that's just another effect from your comprimation. Try using windows movie maker, that might actually do the trick. Also, I'm pretty sure it comes for free with windows (now assuming you are a ms windows user)
