Arrogancy
Characters evolve, relationships develop, and what you think to be true turns out in quite unexpected ways.
"To whom it may concern: I'd love to help you. I don't care who you are, or what you've done. We all want to live by each other's happiness, whether we see it or not. We don't want to hate or despise one another, but vengeance has poisoned men's souls, leaving us in misery and bloodshed. Our communications have shut ourselves in, and the cries out for humanity is at the highest in recorded history. We seem to think too much, and feel to little. The misery that is upon me is but the passing of greed, the bitterness of men whom fear the way of the planet being a single entity. But the hate that causes so much pain will pass, and the attacks of all these cultures is a self-destructive act that will come back in one way or the other. The power dictators took from away the people, will return to the people, so long as men die, liberty shall never die. I just won't be here to witness it. Being a Lobster, I always looked for reasoning. And a world with reason, can add progress that will lead to all men's happiness. I am a man. I am a Lobster Man.
And I'm about to be more human than ever before...
..perhaps now they will love me"

30 bucks for a lobster boy t-shirt?
geez i dont know man.. the t-shirt looks pretty crappy.. and this animation needs some work. you need to buy yourself a wacom tablet and fix up those drawings. im sure with practice, you'll be selling lobster boy t-shirts one day.
For anyone wondering, battay is referring to a very old Lobster Boy shirt that was made when this video came out. To find current Lobster Boy Merchandise, check Kamatachi.com in the store section.
And as for the animation, I made this when I was 14. I didn't have much experience with Flash at the time - everything I made up until 2011 I would say was mainly due to desire of experimentation.

Hmm...
In terms of visuals...this could have been better and it shows.
In terms of plot...well. It depends on your point of view. This is a touching story, but the strangeness makes it difficult to relate to the characters emotionally. On the other hand, if one tries to see it as humor, then the plotline is too sensitive to laugh at.
Overall decent, but needs work.

That was interesting.
A nice blend of a moral lesson and comedy. But, it's weird how he could blow up a sub(shaped sorta like Magikarp from Pokemon) by swimming into it.
Mmmmmm....lobster.
Well I suppose he flew into all the circuits of the sub. And the look of the sub purposely does look like Magikarp from Pokemon. And the ending is supposed to relate to the 1999 movie, "The Iron Giant".
A lot of references.
