It is the year 2010 and Pitfall Harry has returned to the jungle in search of more treasure. Why would he risk venturing into a jungle filled with dangerous tar pits, rolling logs, scorpions, rattlesnakes and more? The sad truth is Harry has a horrible gambling problem. He quickly blew all the money he made way back in 1982 after escaping that deadly jungle with golden treasures. So he's left with one of two choices... deal with the loan sharks who want nothing more than to see him dead, or risk it all by returning to the jungle for more treasure. Harry chose the latter of the two options and now finds himself back in that jungle once again. It may look the same, but Harry has a feeling that the dangers are even greater this time around. Love it!!!
Like the new take on pitfall (love that game, not very good at it though), but I think the timing of the alligators is a little off. Aside from that i love it!

if you beat the game with every single boss without restarting or dying you unlock expert mode its so hard but i got it XD

Stupid, dumb, gay tar pits!
Wow! I encountered Metal Kong first and wondered what item I had to get to beat him. It wasn't until Gutsman Tank and reading a few reviews did I realize I'd been had. I bow my head in FAIL and walk away.

Lol.
It looks like there are actually a couple of endings depending on which way you go and how. Going straight right gave me a megaman type boss lol. Going down the ladder than left gave me a robo-monkey. Going straight left gave me some stupid floating guy. It's all hilarious LOL! Funniest pitfall remake evar.
