Disappointing, but not too much
I'm sorry to say this isn't as funny as I thought it would be. There aren't many jokes, just a standard bullying scenario that wasn't used very well.
On the other hand, the art style is pretty good and I did like the idea of a "Vulcaniser". It is better than some of the videos I have seen recently.
