The grand finale to the sketchbook tour!
Sorry it took so long to get this done, part of that is my schedule and the other part of it was coordinating a flash with 140 unique pieces of art. Anyway its done and I'm proud that this project grew exponentially each and every year, its a true testament of the community at newgrounds!

If you've never heard of the sketchbook tour, its basically a really big art project, where I mailed artists some pages and they drew on them mailed them back, scanned all 140, mashed them into a flash presentation, and viola! It actually is alot more tedious than it sounds and we probably kept the postal service in business for one more year.

As has been the tradition, we ran a tiny batch of sketchbook tour shirts which you may purchase via the ng store. Stay tuned for future community art projects!

Well worth the wait - Its looking great. All of the pieces were awesome and the whole layout looked cool.

I do hope there will be another one next year (or maybe this one? but i dont think so)

Great idea to do this!

And every piece was great!

Takes a bit long to change to next picture, the music is a bit annoying and the reader is unnecessary, but that doesnt harm this brilliant data base of art enough to be worth only 9/10...

Great done, guys!

Wish I could turn off that annoying guys voice so I could listen to the awesome music.
Also it takes too long to change pictures.

But great job guys. :)

Every piece was amazing! I don't usually go to the art portal, but this has opened my eyes. Thank you to all artists who were in here and Hans as usual was excellent.

Haha, it turned out great!

You know, I didn't remember too well what I wrote... I finished my piece in the very last minute, so I had to run to the post office (literally) and I only remembered I wrote something really meaningless...
BTW, I'm really apalled about all that people who didn't returned their pieces...

About your comment on my piece...
Yeah, I had that in mind when making it. The SBT was so about mailing actual, physical pieces of paper, so I wanted to do something could feel like something special to whoever had the piece in his hands...

Anyway, thank you for letting me in!
I hope that you can do another one in the future!
