You have a LOT of potential
You're a great artist and you have some animation skills. But the photos and the speaking pissed the hell out of me. The flash was decent itself, but try making something more appealing to the audience.
I understand what you are saying, this is my first real attempt at anything like this, will definitely fix up the photos better for the next episode.
