Here are a few tips, first, try easing.
Dont know what easing is?
Just Start Sloooooooow and then Faster and then slow down again
Use another kind of text (sorry cant find the word right now)
I mean, one without those red and blue borders around it.
The rest is great and i'll gave you 4/5 for it

how am i too say this without being sensored by fuckin m-bot if ur gonna go to the effort of making a dbz fight u might as well animate for two reasons one theres no originality left in the stick man market, and two might just be my opinion but its not giving the dbz franchise its proper respect, i mean its the first anime that realy established a foothold in america, all of that aside the movement wasn't too shaby and the song was able to give off the right vibe for a battle soo, -4 stars for it not reaching its potental but hey theres 6 for the hard work and the talent i know u put into this PS. next time u should realy invest in sum Kamehamehas lol

wasnt amazing but wasnt crap either, i have to take into account that it was done in pivot like you said so im afraid its only a 3 and a 7 but you seem to have to good ideas for motion and speed ect so if you practiced in flash i rekon you could make a very decent little fight :P would just require more time
