A day project did in class. We had to animate using only our shoe laces as the central piece, which left our feet feeling rather uncomfortable and naked. We were given 3 pieces of music and had to choose one to animate the piece to. I animated it to all three pieces.
The background in the end is not mine, kudo's to whoever left it lying about near the printer. Don't know where the music came from either, so credits to its author.
Experimental piece, Epilepsy warning, lots of flashing, enjoy.

LoL Random
Having done hand drawn animation frame by frame with a capture station and Stop motion clay animation i give you props knowing what went into this, the choice of backgrounds was interesting and the addition of the fork just made me laugh like...What?
Some semblance of a story would have been nice but all in all it was a great art project.

STYLE!
THE GOOD: I appreciate the work that went into the vid. It appears it was all stop motion, which takes time. Good music too, and the dirty grunge sepia and invert style works, though I see this style almost too much.
THE BAD: Story??? Maybe there wasn't supposed to be anything happening, but the lace ending up threading a shoe would end things nicely.
THE UGLY: I'll spare the ugliness from you. ;)
T'was a day project, the basic premise of story was to narrate the music in a way without using traditional narrative. Not that that defends the badness. Thank you for your critism, the shoe idea I should of done.
