It's more then a game...

It goes beyond being a game. It's a meaningful masterpiece. As you progress and collect the crystals. Reality slowly warps around you. The music disrupts, the tiles slowly become a flickering mess... then you collect the final crystal. Suddenly all reality breaks around you. What you are left with... Well, I won't spoil it. Go enjoy the game for yourself to understand whats beyond the facade.

Beauty in simplicity

The dude jumps higher than I expect him too, and so I figure that the game is gonna be cake. Auto saving is a nice touch.

I can't wait to beat this. It's addictive, simple, and a very tasty cake ;)

Some people don't understand retro gaming

I have seen a lot of negative reviews of this game but after playing it for thirty minutes I can say it has been very well built and does not deserve such scrutiny.

Not only does it have very tight controls, but it rewards people for exploring and solving complex puzzles.

This game makes me feel like I am playing the original metroid on my NES.

but unlike that game I am not so afraid to go off and discover things because of the warp/check point system.

It does start off very simple and only till you get to the second and third level down does this game start to come alive.

I only wish that the music would change when you go into new areas, and you might look towards master blaster to find the appropriate music changes.

I would give this game a Nine out of ten but to buffer the bad bias reviews I give it a ten out of ten.
