A horrid earthquake has occurred at a distant planetoid called Theia. The impact was so strong that it created a giant crack, running from the core of the planetoid until its surface. Your race finds out that this catastrophe was caused by a monster who is eating Theia's Core! If he continues, the planet will explode, destroying all of your race. Nonetheless, Voly dares to take the risk of stopping the monster and his evil minions by the cost of his own life.

Your goal is to guide Voly towards the center of Theia. But beware, Voly is way too weak to attack the huge enemies; therefore you should avoid confronting them.

Nice animation, but...

What really kills Theia is that there seems to be a lack of spacial sense. It isn't clear where the boulders can and can't be pushed to, and that you need to need to stand in a particular position to push them just adds to the pain.

There's also the matter of collision detection when concerning the static environment. In one level in particular, where you have to "run the gauntlet" between the rows of the orange Bubba, it at first appears that that you just simply go straight down to the goal. And yet, when you do, you are instead blocked by the invisible corners of the crystals that really shouldn't stop you.

The pacing of the game is incredibly slow. The character you control moves very slowly (especially through the sandy segments), and the burrowing animation takes way too long. I'm not asking for Sonic-style gameplay here, but considering that this is supposed to be an action/puzzle game, playing as someone who's almost sauntering around is excruciating.

I actually like the premise here, and the overall look of the game is very good. It's a pity that it can't be enjoyed like you probably wanted.

Needs to be a little faster but...

This game is excellent and challenging... it needs to be a little faster, but I think its kind of edgy and spooky in its own way... the Halloweenesque music is awesome... I think this might be a very underrated game due to the speed, but I think its a winner. 4/8

Too Challenging

The game was too challenging as much as I love the story I hated trying to beat it which I didn't I gave up on the tenth level, The walkthrough just said move the rock in front of the orange monster, I tried and I couldn't get it to fit through, It would've needed a lot of precision to work I though then :(

Good game, solid concept, however,

... the difficulty level of this game was absurd, I don't mean to sound like a whiny little girl, but after the first boss the difficulty level of the game increased exponetially, and it got to the point where the game ceased to be fun for me.The last boss was rediculously difficult to beat, as the amount of time available for the quicktime events wasn't enough to react to what appeared on the screen and became a game of memorization where you got just a little bit farther each time you died, but god help you if you forgot one of the directions.

While I can see clear effort and hard work went into this game, the fact that it's difficulty caused it to lose its entertainment value for me meant that I got tired of it really quick.

Other than those few issues, I feel like some of the levels themselves were insanely difficult for where they were located, for instance Level 22 I felt should have come much later given the difficulty of it when compared to some of the later levels.

Breakdown:
Graphics: 10/10 They were consistent in quality, and it didn't slow down at any time
Story: 10/10 Original and interesting concept for a story
Playability: 5/10 The difficulty of some of the levels is what killed this category
Sound/Music: 8/10 While I appreciated the original soundtrack, the music got repetitive and annoying quite fast, furthermore the music for the first few levels was really depressing

Overall: 8/10
