Here is its eulogy, a collection of the kind words written about it while still among the living. They shall live on forever in its place.

Updated! - New navigational element added... i.e. a way to know what you're clicking on.

This is the first submission in the hopefully long-running series of 'Escher' games by Chris Parsons.

This game is a very simple escape-the-room project, with the subtitle 'Manipulation of Expectation', which didn't fit in the title box. This game will hopefully lead on to series of much more complex and unique games, but we'll have to wait and see.

Any comments you wish to make can be addressed to my Twitter account @ThePocketWatch.

Reviews

I think this series has some real potential, but the future games really, really need some way of seeing whether you are about to click on a blank area, pick up/use and item, or move to another screen. Nothing fancy is needed, just like an arrow showing up when you're hovering over a region that changes screens when you click on it.

The reason I think this is so important is that I spent the entire game fighting the controls, trying to click on things, only to have the character turn and face some other direction.

I guess I have finished the game... intressting ending.
Maybe the sequel will make me understand the story.

not bad here, how you made it and all. Makes me think of Myst, but GOD I hated that game. I hope I figure this out sooner or if I get hints. 8|
